Hi, Kylie here from Coastal Landscape Supplies. I run the business on the Sunshine Coast with my husband Mark.

We engaged Cameron and Tanya to be our Marketing Concierges and it’s been wonderful, a great relief. I love the bookwork and admin side of the business but I’m not into marketing so I feel like Cameron and Tanya have lifted a huge weight off my shoulders.

I started with the free consult and I haven’t looked back from there.

We are having a website built (by a different company) and I needed someone to do the copy for us. So Cameron and Tanya are taking care of that for me. But they don’t do it from scratch as they said that would take too long and not be financially viable for me, which I appreciated. After all, I know what I want to say, I just don’t know exactly how to say it.

So I have a go at what I think we should cover in each section of the website and they “fix it up” for me. It’s fast and efficient. It’s great to know that the copy is written in the right tone and “voice” to suit the website.

We also have an advertising contract with a magazine and we advertise in Sunshine Coast papers. Cameron and Tanya took over that aspect for us.
They even helped me write a column for a magazine and submitted it for me so we can hopefully get some free publicity for that.

For a very reasonable base fee, they have called on us four times, so far, taken photos, including the great one on this page, written a column, designed two half pages advertorials, and taken care of page upon page of excellent copy for the website, not to mention given us great, practical ideas for marketing the business.

They’ve run a business themselves so they appreciate my time is valuable and they’re always on time and don’t bug me with small stuff. All I do is tick off on what they present me with. It’s so easy.

We’re also looking at some exciting developments for next year. They’re great to bounce ideas off because they’re not pushing a particular “agenda” so you know they are impartial and will point you in the right direction.
