A brilliant headline, followed by some brilliant content! Considering we're facing a global obesity epidemic, that headline is bound to attract some serious attention. (Which by the way, I'm sure that it did).

I've met some new friends since then although it is frustrating sometimes! Oh well, much appreciated for your post!

Totally correct Charmian. That's right, no opt-in on the first page. That makes things hard. We have to be creative, transparent and totally unique with our content. The first page could be like a home page where the person has the option to navigate to different parts of the site (Cherie put up an example with three choices for the browser). I think it would be very very important at this stage though to "encourage" them to your opt-in page. Give them three choices but make it quite clear which way they should go based on what you said in your ad.
Meanwhile, I have been experimenting with a new "opt-in" box. Because I think a standout opt-in box will be very, very important. This is because, without a standard "squeeze page" people are able to navigate off. Check it out at www.the7greatestmythsofmlm.com. Note this page would not pass muster based on what Cherie said yesterday, but I'm just telling you where it is so you can check out my schmick opt-in box.
Regarding the visual, Cherie only has 200 seats, so only 200 people can "see" the preso. And yesterday's call was packed. We couldn't see it either but we saw her earlier preso. Next year she's going to have 500 seats. Last year she only had 100. She's going great.

Was a great call, soo much information I didn't take it all in, it also didn't help that I couldn't get into the visual part so couldn't see what she was refering to. My understanding is that we need to start with at least a ten page content filled website with no optin boxes on the landing page, no links to ccpro template websites from the landing page (I could be wrong) perhaps we can't have them on the site full stop. She said we need to encourage them to click on the first page which will lead them onto the next step which in turn may be the optin box or a free giveaway. She also said something about not letting them be able to navigate all over your website at will and we need to create a step by step path to lead them where we want them to go. Please correct me if I'm totally wrong.
